To support our strategic growth and strengthen our regional footprint, we are looking for a driven and proactive IT Sales Manager based in Almaty, who will help us unlock new opportunities and build long-term client relationships in Kazakhstan and beyond.Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B sales activities across various sectors;
- Build relationships with decision-makers;
- Skills for working with a cold leads;
- Use CRM tools to generate leads and close deals;
- Use Atlassian tools, LinkedIn;
- Deliver presentation and prepare proposals;
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales;
- Experience with CRM tools;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Experience with LinkedIn and other platforms for networking;
- Disciplined, proactive, and organized;
- Strong communicator, able to simplify complex topics;
- Skilled in negotiation and client relations;
- Fluent in Russian, Strong Kazakh (good English will be a +)
- Existing B2B contacts;
- Knowledge of Atlassian products;
- Experience for selling software.
