- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in 1C: general ledger, journals, and sub-ledgers.
- Record and reconcile all transactions related to clients, suppliers, and bank accounts.
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports to the Financial Controller.
- Process and control accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper supporting documents and approvals.
- Maintain fixed assets register, depreciation schedules, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures, including KYC, approval workflows, and document retention.
- Monitor cash flow movements, prepare payment requests, and assist in treasury operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in Kazakhstan (preferably in fintech, or service sector).
- Experience using 1C Accounting - is a must)
- Proficiency in Excel and document control systems.
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan accounting and tax regulations.
- Knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher), with proficiency in Russian and Kazakh being beneficial.
- Experience in Big4 accounting firms is considered a plus.
