You'll work alongside intelligent and diligent teammates who are committed to excellence and collaboration.You'll play a critical role in defining and validating detailed manufacturing processes, developing industrial documentation, and driving continuous improvement actions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as production and quality teams), address technical challenges in production, and ensure the optimization of technological processes using Lean manufacturing tools, and much more.You'll specifically take care of industrializing product and process changes, but also contribute to workshop productivity control and the development of work instructions.We'll look to you for:Defining and validating manufacturing processesDeveloping, modifying, and improving work instructions and other industrial documentsAnalyzing production needs and identifying critical points in technological processesOptimizing and improving processes using Lean manufacturing toolsCreating work site plans (Layout) that prioritize ergonomics, safety, and efficiencyTaking timely action to address technical production challengesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
