Deloitte is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Almaty In-house Legal Department.Deloitte is a leading international professional services firm offering audit, consulting, corporate finance, enterprise risk, and tax and legal services. Developing and updating template (standard) agreements for corporate departments, as well as agreements for specific projects;
Providing legal opinions on client-proposed amendments to standard agreements;
Providing legal support with respect to agreement prolongation and termination;
Discussing the legal aspects of client service agreements with firm personnel and clients, and maintaining the relevant correspondence;
Regularly updating existing policies and procedures;
Participating in firm and affiliate corporate restructuring by drafting and preparing legal structures, articles of association and other legal documents;
Preparing firm corporate documents, drafting articles of association, resolutions and minutes;
Monitoring changes in legislation in the firm’s area of business and licensing, and ensuring firm corporate documents comply with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

A higher legal education;
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a legal field;
Experience in legal transaction support within the framework of business activities (specifically, service, rental and insurance agreements, as well as bank loan agreements), and claim administration experience;
Experience in project management, analytics and corporate documentation management;
Advanced English.
