- Collecting training needs, aligning them with business priorities
- Planning overall company training & development interventions
- Creating learning & development programs for company HIPO as well as leadership development programs for senior management
- Enhancing internal Academies (Sales Academy, Supply Chain Academy etc.)
- Development and delivery of courses for employees
- Making analysis of effectiveness of L&D interventions
- Monitor Training & Development market, analysis of trends and business context to advise best L&D Solutions
- Communications and Negotiations with internal documentation processes
- Delivery of internal training programs
- University degree in economics / management or similar fields;
- Min 2-3 years experience on a similar position in multinational company;
- Excellent understanding of L&D concepts and best practices;
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in Russian & English;
- Highly proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills.
