Ideal candidates are adept at navigating fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively, and executing large-scale projects with precision.Your ultimate goal is to create high-quality products that meet customer needs and closing projects is main responsibility.Responsibilities:Be responsible for the on-budget, on-time execution of multi-stream projectsTrack and report project KPIs, including evolving KPIs, to support requirements and manage risksReport status and escalate blocking issues in a timely manner to project boardMonitor and maintain high client satisfaction scores, including actively seeking regular feedback from usersSupport pre-sales for scoping and estimation of new project work Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience in project managementBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldDemonstrated Project Management core skills including backlog management, communication planning, roadmap planning and tracking, estimation, risk management, facilitation, scheduling & budgeting, and quality managementStrong communicator able to adapt message to your audienceStrong negotiation skills able to identify key interests and find mutually beneficial solutionsClient-centric mentality with demonstrated ability to identify and set priorities for your teams based on client business prioritiesAbility to delegate and monitor results of decision-making within your teamsExperience in managing engagements of 20+ peopleStay up to date and have first experience applying Generative AI Desirable Skills:
Experience working in one or more of the following industries: finance, telecommunications or IT consulting
