- Act as the primary liaison between Almaty International Airport and TAV Technologies for IT-related projects.
- Review and validate scopes of work, budgets, and vendor performance.
- Plan and oversee IT infrastructure upgrades, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure IT projects meet operational needs, technical service standards, and strategic objectives.
- Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with obligations.
- Control IT budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain financial discipline.
- Ensure compliance with IMS, labor safety, information security, and corporate governance standards.
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, risks, and performance to senior management.
- Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT management, vendor management, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, project management methodologies, and budget control.
- Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh is an advantage.
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Office location - Almaty International Airport
- Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
