- Managing HR and Administration functions in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan (HR Specialist KZ, Office Manager KZ & UZ in direct report).
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and regional specifics.
- Overseeing full-cycle HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance review, motivation, development, and personnel records.
- HR budget planning and management.
- Enhancing corporate culture, internal communications, employee engagement, and resilience.
- Applying modern HR tools (KPI, Talent Management, Employer Branding, HR Analytics).
- Collaboration with HQ and global HR projects, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Ensuring compliance with the Labor Code of Kazakhstan.
- Effective liaison with local authorities regarding labor and corporate matters.
- 5+ years of experience as HR Manager/Generalist, preferably in international or large regional companies.
- Proven experience in building and transforming HR functions.
- Hands-on expertise in org development, C&B, performance management, employer branding.
- Solid knowledge of Kazakhstan Labor Code.
- English — fluent business level (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior leadership.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
