- Leadership and coordination of factory logistics department's operations (loading/unloading of trucks, imported and exported goods shipment and receival management, overland transportation between warehouses coordination etc);
- Developing short term and mid term warehouse operations strategy, leading and coordinating the implementation of strategies by your team;
- Contract management of: LSP (Logistics service provider), External warehouse leasing, Overland transportation, Waste management etc;
- Monitoring and driving achievement of key performance indicators of the department's efficiency, cost control, and process effectiveness for processes to ensure full control over operations;
- Continuous improvement of all processes warehouses and factory logistics;
- Implementation of standard operating procedures, operational manuals, and systems;
- Implementation of the OPEN+ (Lean system) program in Factory Logistics;
- Preparation, management, and control of the department's budget;
- Providing regular reporting to stakeholders.Who we're looking for:
- A higher education degree in logistics, business administration, engineering, manufacturing;
- Experience in similar managerial positions or in supply chain management departments, including various FMCG companies is welcomed;
- Professional project management skills and experience;
- Strong organizational skills and planning abilities;
- Experience in budget management;
- People management skills;
- Proficiency in English language - upper-intermediate level or higher;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel/PowerPoint), Power BI.What we offer:
