- Provide end‑to‑end administrative and customer support to foreign nationals, facilitating access to visa, migration, taxpayer registration, and related services.
- Deliver professional consultations on entry, stay, and migration regulations, ensuring compliance with national legislation.
- Receive, register, and assist clients at the reception in line with established service standards.
- Coordinate client support throughout service delivery, engaging with competent authorities and service providers.
- Process and respond to client inquiries (in person, by phone, and in writing) with accurate, consistent, and timely information.
- Manage official correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls) in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation related to client services and applications.
- Participate in planning, coordinating, and implementing service delivery projects with adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support related to client service operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree (International Relations, Translation, Law, etc.). Master’s degree in Finance or Economics preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of migration law is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; high responsibility and reliability; excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Kazakh, Russian, and English (fluent) required; Chinese will be an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
