Responsibilities:Overall management of the company’s financial function (accounting, budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury).Development and control of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Preparation and analysis of management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).Financial control over costs, profitability, and efficiency.Cash flow management and liquidity planning.Interaction with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.Ensure compliance with local legislation, tax and accounting standards.Risk management and internal control system development.Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.For Finance Director level: participation in business strategy, investment analysis, and long-term financial planning.
