As enterprises in high-stakes industries like finance, healthcare, and defense adopt AI, they face unprecedented risks from malicious inputs and data leakage. We are building the essential platform that allows them to innovate safely. We are a small, ambitious team looking for a foundational engineer to help us build the future of AI security.The Opportunity: What You'll BuildAs a Full Stack Engineer, you won't just be writing code; you'll be architecting core components of our platform. You will have a massive impact on our product and our customers, taking ownership of key initiatives from concept to deployment. In your first six months, you will:
  • Architect our core identity and organization management system, implementing robust security features like 2FA to become the bedrock of our platform's trust and safety.
  • Design and implement a flexible, scalable credit and usage-tracking system from the ground up, providing the core engine for our future monetization strategy.
  • Enhance the user experience across our platform for both developers and non-technical users, creating intuitive interfaces for browsing complex workflows and traces.
  • Build out our public-facing developer hub and playground, empowering our users to integrate Overmind seamlessly and explore its full capabilities.
  • Extend our platform's workflow-building capabilities, integrating with new execution tools and potentially designing a UI for our own workflow builder.
Our Ideal Candidate: What You'll BringWe are looking for a pragmatic and product-minded engineer who thrives on autonomy and complex challenges. You are a strong communicator who is comfortable in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
  • 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications.
  • Deep expertise in Python and experience with a modern web framework (we use FastAPI).
  • Strong proficiency in building modern frontends with React and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (we use AWS) and containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
  • A passion for building high-quality products with a focus on both developer and end-user experience.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with AI/ML workflow tools like LangGraph or Portkey.
  • A background in cybersecurity, developer tools, or observability platforms.
  • Experience building and maintaining public-facing APIs and documentation.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
