Обязанности:
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow
  • Handle registration and delivery of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Handle distribution of company policies, presentations and documents
  • Manage purchase of office supplies, furniture, IT equipment
  • Supervise routine maintenance and repair activities for office facilities
  • Support HR and Finance office with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies and services with vendors
  • Assist management in preparing reports, letters and presentations
  • Support the staff and management
Требования:
  • Good knowledge of English and Kazakh languages
  • High school diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Условия:
