- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow
- Handle registration and delivery of incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Handle distribution of company policies, presentations and documents
- Manage purchase of office supplies, furniture, IT equipment
- Supervise routine maintenance and repair activities for office facilities
- Support HR and Finance office with administrative tasks
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies and services with vendors
- Assist management in preparing reports, letters and presentations
- Support the staff and management
- Good knowledge of English and Kazakh languages
- High school diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- half working day - 4 hours
