You will execute, measure, iterate, and scale.What You Will DoCreator & Partner GrowthIdentify creators and influencers who can drive high-quality users.Design and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, rev share, performance-based deals).Launch, manage, and optimize creator campaigns end-to-end.Track performance and double down on what works.Analytics & Decision-MakingBuild and maintain simple Excel / Google Sheets models to:Estimate traffic, conversions, and revenueEvaluate ROI of partnershipsDecide which creators to scale or cutTurn messy data into clear actions.Automation & ScaleAutomate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting.Build lightweight systems using tools like Sheets, Zapier, Apify, Instantly, CRMs, APIs, or scripts.Reduce manual work and increase throughput.Execution & ExperimentationRun fast experiments across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).Test formats, incentives, and deal structures.Learn quickly and iterate.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for smart, high-agency operators, not resume keywords.You should have:Strong common sense and business judgment.Comfort working in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, assumptions).Ability to automate processes or quickly learn how.Clear written and spoken English.Confidence negotiating commercial terms.Bias toward action and ownership.Backgrounds that often do well:Growth, partnerships, or business developmentSales or performance marketingFounders or early startup operatorsConsulting, analytics, or finance with strong execution biasWhat This Role Is NotThis role is not a fit if you:Avoid numbers or spreadsheetsPrefer strategy over executionNeed detailed instructions to get startedAre uncomfortable negotiating or pushing backWant predictable 9–5 workday.What We OfferFull-time role (8 working hours per day, Monday–Friday).
