Организация и контроль работы посудомоечного отдела, обеспечение качественной и своевременной мойки посуды, поддержание чистоты и порядка, руководство командой и замещение начальника отдела в его отсутствие.Основные обязанности:Контролировать процесс мойки посуды, следить за соблюдением стандартов качества и санитарных норм.Руководить и распределять задачи между сотрудниками посудомоечного отдела.Следить за исправностью и правильной эксплуатацией посудомоечного оборудования.Организовывать уборку в зоне посудомоечной и прилегающих помещениях.Контролировать расход моющих средств и материалов, обеспечивать их наличие.Планировать смены и вести учет рабочего времени персонала.Проводить обучение новых сотрудников и контроль соблюдения правил техники безопасности.Взаимодействовать с другими отделами кухни и службы питания для обеспечения бесперебойной работы.Отслеживать и контролировать соблюдение бюджета отдела.Подготавливать отчеты и вести необходимую документацию.Требования к кандидату:Среднее образование, опыт работы в посудомоечном отделе от 3-4 лет, желательно с опытом руководства.Знание санитарных норм и правил безопасности.Умение организовать и контролировать работу команды.Ответственность, внимательность, коммуникабельность.Владение языком, используемым на рабочем месте.Marriott International, Inc. is the world’s largest hotel company based in Bethesda, Maryland, USA, with more than 5,700 properties in over 110 countries.
