1. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries regarding DHL products and services.
Accept shipments from customers in accordance with DHL internal procedures; complete airway bills and other documentation using designated software.
Perform thorough 100% inspection of all outbound shipments for prohibited or dangerous items; assist customers with packaging according to DHL standards. The employee is personally responsible for the safety and compliance of accepted shipments.
Handle customer payments using cash register systems; maintain internal financial records.
Provide complete information and promote DHL services, including additional and online services.
Accurately inform customers about rates and transit times; actively sell additional services in line with DHL standards.
Provide customers with initial shipment tracking information.
