1. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries regarding DHL products and services.
  • Accept shipments from customers in accordance with DHL internal procedures; complete airway bills and other documentation using designated software.
  • Perform thorough 100% inspection of all outbound shipments for prohibited or dangerous items; assist customers with packaging according to DHL standards. The employee is personally responsible for the safety and compliance of accepted shipments.
  • Handle customer payments using cash register systems; maintain internal financial records.
  • Provide complete information and promote DHL services, including additional and online services.
  • Accurately inform customers about rates and transit times; actively sell additional services in line with DHL standards.
  • Provide customers with initial shipment tracking information.
  • Resolve issues professionally, avoiding conflicts.
  • Submit internal mail to the debriefer with signature in the registration log.
  • Enter data on accepted and released shipments into the system within 15 minutes of the event and verify successful transmission.
  • Process problematic shipments promptly.
  • Complete all fields of the airway bill for accepted shipments.
  • Hand over shipments to the debriefer for dispatch according to truck schedule and service agreement.

  • Computer literacy
  • Clear and professional speech
  • Commitment to excellent service quality
Preferred:
  • Higher education
  • Customer service experience
  • Direct sales experience
  • Ability to perform financial transactions
