- Develop compelling LinkedIn content forInvestBanq founders and executives, includingthought leadership posts, industry insights,and personal brand narratives that align withcorporate messaging and market positioning.
- Create long-form, engaging posts (500–1500words) that educate and inspire B2Baudiences on AI in wealth management,FinTech trends, investment insights, andmarket analysis.
- Manage InvestBanq's official LinkedIn page,scheduling posts, engaging with comments,and optimizing content performance throughanalytics and algorithm understanding.
- Develop cohesive visual narratives forInstagram, including high-qualityphotography, carousel posts, Reels, and Storiesthat reflect InvestBanq's brand aesthetic andvalues.
- Create authentic content featuring InvestBanqfounders, team members, and culture thathumanizes the brand and builds communityconnection.
- Maintain consistent posting schedules,monitor engagement metrics, respond to DMsand comments, and adapt content based onperformance data and follower feedback.
- Oversee the complete video productionprocess: scripting, shot planning, filming (on-location and in-studio), equipmentmanagement, editing, color grading, sounddesign, and post-production refinement.
- Develop and execute a content calendar forInvestBanq's YouTube channel, includingeducational series, founder interviews,market analysis videos, and product demosoptimized for YouTube's algorithm andaudience retention.
- Manage video titles, descriptions, tags,thumbnails, playlists, and audience targeting;analyze watch time and engagement metricsto continuously improve performance.
- Conceptualize and develop podcast episodesfeaturing InvestBanq insights, founderinterviews, industry experts, and markettrends relevant to wealth management andemerging markets.
- Manage full podcast production: guestoutreach, interview scheduling, recording(audio/video), editing, mixing, and distributionacross platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts,YouTube).
- Optimize podcast metadata, manage listenerengagement, promote episodes across socialchannels, and build audience loyalty throughconsistent, high-quality releases.
- Create short-form, trend-forward TikTokcontent that educates and entertains youngeraudiences on finance, investing, andentrepreneurship while maintaining brandvoice and authenticity.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms (YouTube, Instagram,TikTok, LinkedIn) and use this knowledge tooptimize content timing, format, hashtags, andengagement tactics.
- Stay current with emerging trends, viralformats, music, and cultural moments acrossall platforms; adapt InvestBanq messaging toremain relevant and shareable.
- Develop and maintain a monthly/quarterlycontent calendar aligned with business goals,seasonal trends, product launches, and keycompany milestones.
- Post content across LinkedIn, Instagram,TikTok, and YouTube on optimal schedules;engage with comments, messages, andcommunity interactions; build communityrelationships and respond to sentiment.
- Track and report on content performanceacross all platforms using native analyticstools and third-party platforms; identify top-performing content and adjust strategyaccordingly.
- Maximize ROI by adapting single pieces ofcontent across multiple formats and platforms(e.g., YouTube video → Instagram Reels →TikTok → LinkedIn carousel).
- Minimum 2–3+ years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, video production, or digital marketing, preferably within FinTech, WealthTech, SaaS, tech, or media sectors.
- Proven ability to write engaging, platform-native copyfor LinkedIn (professional), Instagram (visual + caption), and TikTok(conversational, trend-aware); demonstrated portfolio of published content acrossmultiple platforms.
- Hands-on experience with the full video production workflow, including filming, editing, color grading, sound design, and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent); comfort withboth professional and run-and-gun shooting styles.
- Experience producing, editing, and managing podcasts or audio-first content; familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (Buzzsprout, Anchor,Transistor, etc.), distribution networks, and audience growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of how LinkedIn, Instagram,TikTok, and YouTube algorithms work; proven ability to optimize content for reach,engagement, and retention on each platform.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging trends, viral formats, and cultural moments; comfort with rapid iteration andexperimentation.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Russian language proficiency is highly advantageous. Ability to create culturallynuanced content for diverse audiences across Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
- Strong self-motivation, ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to take ownershipof content performance and improvement.

- Graphics & Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
- Podcast/Audio: Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar DAWs.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, native platform analytics (YouTube Analytics,Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics).
- CMS/Scheduling: Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered editing, transcription (Descript, OpusClip), and content generation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration; ability to work with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams; attention to detail; creativeproblem-solving; and strong editorial judgment.
- Experience managing creator communities or building engaged fan bases Familiarity with live streaming (YouTube Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live). Basic copywriting and SEO knowledge for YouTube metadata optimization. Experience working in startups or fast-paced, resource-constrainedenvironments
