Proactive - Commercial - Relationship-DrivenAs Key Account Manager in Kazakhstan, you'll take ownership of building and maintaining strong relationships with Chinese clients in Kazakhstan. You'll actively promote Sarens' crane rental services, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into contracts. You'll prepare and present commercial offers in Chinese and English, negotiate terms, and ensure client satisfaction. Working closely with technical and operations teams, you'll coordinate equipment delivery and maintain accurate records in CRM while keeping market intelligence up to date.Join the force behind #NOTHING TOO HEAVY, NOTHING TOO HIGHResponsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients.
  • Actively promote crane rental services to Chinese companies operating locally.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into contracts.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers in Chinese and English.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for equipment delivery.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and maintain market intelligence.
---PROFILE
  • Fluent in Chinese, English speaking and writing
  • Sales experience, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial sector
  • Located in Kazakhstan and willingness to travel
