UPPERCASE CORPORATE is an international corporate services provider operating across 30+ jurisdictions. We support our clients throughout the full lifecycle of their business: company formation, bank account opening, compliance, reporting, and corporate changes.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer to join our AIFC office in Kazakhstan. The role focuses on supporting international corporate structures and managing client projects within the CSP framework.This position is ideal for a legal professional confident in navigating international legal environments, working with regulators and registrars, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsibility.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support to clients in matters of international corporate law.
  • Work with corporate documentation and structures within the AIFC and other jurisdictions.
  • Participate in KYC/AML processes as part of corporate administration.
  • Lead client projects from initial consultation to full ongoing support.
  • Communicate with registrars and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare legal opinions and handle international legal communications.
Requirements
  • Higher legal education with a specialization in international law (required).
  • Experience in corporate administration / CSP (important and necessary).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Background in an international working environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kazakhstan (AIFC office).
