Chief Finance (with HR experience)Responsibilities

Lead Finance Operations: Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and managing cash flow.
Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax regulations, and group reporting standards.
Manage payroll, social security, and tax payments.
Handle key HR functions: Hiring, contracts, terminations, holidays, and employee benefits.
Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor law.
Support the CEO with strategic and operational decisions.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and external advisors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in finance management
HR experience, including knowledge of Kazakh labor regulations
Hands-on, adaptable, and able to manage multiple functions effectively
with strong communication skills in English
