- Develop and implement commercial strategies focused primarily on refrigeration and HVAC sectors, with particular attention to segments such as food retail and commercial refrigeration.
- Manage and coordinate the local team member, supporting their professional growth and development of specific skills.
- Build and structure the commercial presence in the territory, defining effective processes and working models for the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with key customers and local stakeholders, especially in commercial refrigeration and HVAC sectors.
- Monitor the market and analyze competitors to timely adapt commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management to align offerings with the specific needs of the local market.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage complex commercial negotiations, securing advantageous conditions for Danfoss and customers.
- Represent Danfoss at trade fairs, industry events, and institutional meetings, promoting the company's image and values.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent educational background.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably within multi national structured companies operating in sectors related or adjacent to HVAC and/or refrigeration.
- Strong technical knowledge of key HVAC and refrigeration components, including heat exchangers, compressors, and dedicated equipment, supported by a solid understanding of market trends and dynamics.
- Excellent knowledge of the main players and competitors in the HVAC and refrigeration sector within the Eurasian region, with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in coordinating teams, combined with a proactive mindset, autonomy in decision-making, and seniority in commercial management.
- Excellent written and spoken command of Russian and English, essential for effective interaction with key customers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 50% of the time, showing high flexibility and adaptability to multicultural environments.
