About EMCDEMCD is one of the largest ecosystems in the cryptocurrency and fintech industry. We create high-load, global-scale products that power payments, mining, and financial services for hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. We are looking for a Team Lead (Wallet & Payments) with a strong focus on process management and team coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about building efficient workflows, driving agile practices and ensuring smooth delivery across development teams. This role combines leadership with a hands-on approach to optimizing processes and fostering effective collaboration within an agile environment.Responsibilities:Requirements & Knowledge Base
  • Translate product concepts into well-structured technical requirements;
  • Refine, clarify, and maintain task specifications in Jira;
  • Develop and manage comprehensive product and feature documentation in Confluence.
Agile Process Management
  • Define sprint scopes and manage backlog prioritization;
  • Create, decompose, and structure tasks in Jira, leveraging plugins and workflows for process optimization;
  • Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
  • Track sprint progress and ensure timely updates of task statuses;
  • Identify and resolve blockers to maintain team efficiency and productivity.
Release Management
  • Define release scopes and oversee release planning and coordination;
  • Ensure successful execution of release procedures and smooth delivery to production.
Team & People Management
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members;
  • Support individual development plans and foster career growth;
  • Oversee team availability, including vacations, sick leaves, and time off;
  • Maintain a balanced backlog between product features and technical tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst or Project/Delivery Manager
  • Strong ability to formulate clear and technically accurate requirements;
  • Solid understanding of fundamental software development concepts;
  • Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with the ability to perform Scrum Master responsibilities;
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional development teams.
