- Plan engaging, level-appropriate lessons; assess progress; complete short reports.
- Deliver classes at the center; some projects may be at schools/universities or for corporate clients.
- Join weekly PD: observe peers, share strategies, try new methodologies, grow together.
Take part in school events and celebrations.What you bring:- US/UK/CA passport (or native-level proficiency + eligibility for our visa route).
- TEFL/CELTA strongly preferred; strong experience may substitute a non-relevant degree.
- Bachelors degree (Education, Linguistics, English, Pedagogy, Humanities or related).
- Experience with young learners (Grade 1+) and adults; classroom management with warmth.
- Methodologies: TPR, phonics, play-based learning for kids; Communicative/Task-Based/CLIL for teens/adults.Collaborative, adaptable, enthusiastic. Criminal background check required.QualificationsSchedule:30 contact hours/week scheduled within an 8-hour workday; typical mix ~60% kids (G1+) / ~40% adults.
