We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern / Researcher to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a final-year student who is interested in building a career in recruitment and talent research.The intern will assist in identifying potential candidates, conducting market research, and supporting the recruitment process.Responsibilities

Conduct candidate research and talent mapping across different industries and companies
Identify and source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
Support recruiters with CV screening and candidate shortlisting
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist with market research and competitor analysis related to talent pools
Prepare candidate lists and research reports for the recruitment team
Support administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

Requirements

Recent graduate or final-year student (preferably in HR, Business, Economics or related fields)
Strong research and analytical skills
Interest in recruitment, HR, or consulting
Good communication skills in English and Russian
Ability to work with large amounts of information and organize data
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Excel is a plus
