You’ll work alongside a collaborative and diverse team of professionals.You'll play a key role in driving procurement excellence and ensuring the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Cluster/Country Procurement Directors, Global Procurement teams, engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance), develop and inspire your team, and ensure compliance with Alstom's procurement standards and processes.You’ll specifically take care of managing and developing a high-performing procurement team, as well as ensuring supplier performance and supporting project execution and profitability, but also driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.We’ll look to you for:Ensuring compliance with the Alstom Code of Ethics and Procurement Golden RulesLeading and developing a multicultural team, including Procurement Managers, Project Procurement Managers, and BuyersCollaborating closely with global procurement teams to deploy strategies and achieve synergiesDriving procurement performance by managing supplier QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performances and supporting local buyer teamsEnsuring successful project execution and profitability through commercial and contractual negotiationsImplementing risk analysis and mitigation plansSupporting supply chain, quality, and finance teams in achieving their objectivesDriving continuous improvement within the procurement team through APSYS Procurement initiativesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
