- Fluency in written & spoken English. You should be able to conduct sales calls and meetings in English.
- Experience in OOH sales, advertising sales, or media buying & planning fields is required.
- Strong sales skills - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- A university degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Finance, or a similar four-year degree in related fields.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to independently manage processes; being open to collaborating with team members to achieve better results when needed.
- No restrictions for international & domestic travel as you will have business trips.
- Expected to commute to the TAV main office in Almaty Airport.
- Having an established travel retail network
- Having experience in dealing with luxury brands
- Good knowledge of Turkish
- Sparking an interest in brands/clients and agencies towards investing at Almaty Airport.
- Coordinating sales planning, execution, and reporting with our internal commercial team and external consultant.
- Developing brands/clients and agency portfolio; in this connection, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through regular desktop market research to identify selling possibilities and participating on behalf of the company in sector-related fairs, exhibitions, or conferences.
- Meeting with current or potential global and national brands/clients or agencies, evaluating customers’ needs and identifying target audiences to develop new advertisement projects with them.
- Organizing site visits with brands/clients and agencies at the airport and showing available units.
- Preparing customized and high-quality proposals to share with brands/clients.
- Evaluate market conditions, forecasts, sales reports and relevant industry reports.
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Office location - Almaty International Airport (2/1, Maylin street)
- Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
- Annual paid leave of 24 calendar days (+1 day for birthday)
