About the RoleU Trust Insurance Agency LLC is a growing insurance agency operating across 32+ U.S. states, focused on commercial trucking insurance. We are looking for a business-oriented marketing professional who understands that marketing does not exist in isolation - it directly impacts sales, service delivery, client retention, and overall profitability.This role is ideal for someone who:Has worked in a service-provider companyUnderstands how sales teams operateThinks in terms of pipeline, conversion, revenue and dataCan connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomesYou will work closely with leadership and the sales team to drive structured, sustainable growth in the U.S. market.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Commercial ThinkingDevelop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targetsWork closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline flowAnalyze unit economics, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROIContribute to broader business discussions beyond marketingBusiness & Process IntegrationUnderstand internal service delivery workflowsEnsure marketing promises align with operational capacityParticipate in cross-department planning discussionsIdentify inefficiencies affecting revenue growthSales EnablementDesign campaigns focused on qualified B2B lead generationSupport the sales team with positioning, messaging, and materialsIdentify gaps between marketing and sales processesAnalytics & Performance ManagementTrack campaign performance and revenue attributionBuild structured reporting dashboardsManage marketing budget with strong ROI disciplineMarket PositioningDevelop value propositions tailored to business clientsOversee content strategy (case studies, thought leadership, sales assets)Conduct market research and competitor analysisIdeal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:Has 5+ years of experience in marketing within a service-based companyHas worked closely with or within a sales teamUnderstands B2B dynamics and U.S. market expectationsThinks like a business owner, not just a marketerIs comfortable discussing revenue targets, margins, and performance metricsHas strong analytical and communication skillsWorks effectively in a remote environmentExperience in insurance, financial services, consulting, outsourcing, or other service industries is a strong advantage.What we offer
