- Executes all the performance and behavioral competency evaluation surveys, tracking the participation rates, analysis of the results and taking the required actions
- Evaluates the employee experiences within the framework of the Feedback/ Warning/ Labor Code, takes the required action steps and tracks the process
- Tracks all internal communication processes, updates them, timely implements activities planned for employees, analyzes and reports on the results.
- Prepares statistical information required or ongoing projects etc. and reports to Head Office relevant department.
- Conducts store visits and online meetings with store management and employees to support and if necessary communicate these to related parties for improvement/solution
- Manage and follow up the Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey processes / follow up the yearly calendar and country base action plans.
- University Degree (preferable in a relevant field)
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal), Turkish will be a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Knowledges of Kazakhstan Labor Law
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
- Quantitative thinking and detail oriented
