We're expanding our English programs and seeking passionate educators to inspire young learners.Position OverviewWe are hiring an experienced English Teacher to create engaging learning materials and deliver lessons for primary school children (classes 1-6). You'll draw on your background in both public and private school settings to develop fun, interactive content that builds language skills through play, stories, and real-world activities.Key Responsibilities- Design and produce class-appropriate English learning materials, including worksheets, games, flashcards, and digital resources focused on vocabulary, grammar, reading, and speaking.- Plan interactive lessons tailored to primary students, adapting to diverse learning styles in public and private school environments.- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with school teams to integrate materials into curricula.- Incorporate multimedia tools (e.g., apps, videos, songs) to make lessons engaging and effective.- Stay updated on best practices in ESL teaching for young learners and contribute to teacher training sessions.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (teaching certification like CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent preferred).- Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching English to primary school children in both public and private schools.- Proven track record in creating original learning materials that are child-friendly and curriculum-aligned.- Native or near-native English proficiency (C1+ level); Russian or Kazakh language skills are a plus.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital tools for content creation.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Terms and Benefits- Full-time position (40 hours/week), with flexible scheduling across our Astana campuses.- Supportive work environment with modern resources.- Start date: March 2026 (immediate hires encouraged).Учебный центр
