- Manage and oversee HR documentation for employment, transfers, and terminations of client employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Review and approve monthly timesheets and staffing changes.
- Prepare and validate employment statements and statutory reports.
- Collect and verify HR documentation and information from clients.
- Maintain and update employee master data in HR & Payroll systems (1C and SAP).
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance teams.
- Lead HR audits and internal compliance checks.
- Provide expert advice to clients on HR policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex client issues and propose solutions.
- Participate in HR projects, including system migration from 1C to SAP.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with 1C (8) payroll software; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluency in Russian and strong English skills (written and spoken); Kazakh is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Professional appearance and strong client service orientation.
- Employment in full compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
