OPERATIONSPurpose of the Position: To manage and execute daily freight forwarding / Multimodal operations (export, import, air, sea, and road), coordinate with Sarens internal & Agents and ensure smooth cargo movement in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and international logistics standards.ResponsibilitiesShipment Coordination: Handle end-to-end operations for air, sea, road freight, transporters, customs brokers, warehouses, and agents.
Arrange pickup, loading, dispatch, and delivery of cargo as per agreed schedules.
Prepare and verify operational documents.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, transportation regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian/Kazakh.2. SALESPurpose of the Position: To generate new business for Sarens’ Multimodal (logistics and freight forwarding division) by identifying potential clients, promoting company services, preparing commercial proposals, and achieving revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition
Identify, target, and acquire new clients in oil & gas, construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and business meetings with potential customers.
Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and service discussions.Pricing & Proposal Preparation
Coordinate with Operations/Procurement to obtain accurate freight and logistics rates.
Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and service proposals.
Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring company profitability.Competitor AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities.
Identify strategic areas for growth in Kazakhstan and CIS region.
Provide management with regular updates on market conditions.Coordination with Operations & Finance
Ensure seamless handover of new jobs to the Operations team.
Coordinate client requirements, SOPs, and service details.
Support Accounts in resolving invoice disputes or payment issues.Submit weekly and monthly sales reports. Maintain client database, visit reports, and CRM recordsRequired Skills & Qualifications3–7 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.
Strong knowledge of shipping, air freight, road transport, and logistics solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Strong network of contacts in relevant industries is preferred.
