Responsibilities:Maintains comprehensive accounting records for aircraft and spare parts.Ensures timely payments to non-resident suppliers based on submitted primary documents related to the purchase, lease, exchange, and repair of aircraft spare parts.Maintains reconciliation records within assigned responsibilities and ensures accurate reflection of transactions in the company’s accounting system.Manages accounting for aircraft component modernization.Performs depreciation of aircraft components and provision calculation for major overhauls.Records disposal of aircraft components.Maintains lease accounting for engines and APUs (Auxiliary Power Units).Reviews and submits payment documentation for processing.Conducts inventory control and reconciliation of the airline’s assets. Requirements:Knowledge and ability to apply International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as relevant laws, decrees, regulations, orders, and methodological/normative materials in daily work;Knowledge of tax accounting of fixed assets;Understanding of document flow organization within the accounting process;Advanced Excel skills: proficiency with formulas, tables, handling large data sets efficiently, linking data from multiple sources and reports, and creating pivot tables;Skills in analyzing, reviewing, and adjusting contracts;Experience in interacting with non-resident counterparties;Advanced user of IS ESF (Electronic Invoicing System), including Virtual Warehouse and Accompanying Goods Invoice (SNT) modules;Experienced user of 1C Accounting and ERP systems;Proficient in 1C Enterprise 8.2 / 8.3, and confident user of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; knowledge of English at Intermediate level or higher is preferred.QAZAQ AIR was established on April 1, 2015 and operated its first commercial flight on August 27, 2015.The airline is an official member of IATA and has been successfully certified under the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program since 2018.On May 6, 2025, in the presence of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Mr. To Lam, General Secretary of Vietnam, the privatization of QAZAQ AIR was completed.The shareholders of QAZAQ AIR are:
  • Samruk-Kazyna JSC – 49%
  • Central Asia Aviation Holdings Limited (part of the Vietnamese Sovico Group) – 49%
  • Kazasia Holdings Limited – 2%
On the same day, during the Kazakhstan–Vietnam Business Forum in Astana, QAZAQ AIR and Vietjet announced a strategic partnership and the launch of the new brand — Vietjet Qazaqstan.
