In this role, you'll support U.S.-based clients by helping with key operational and communication tasks.As a Client Operations & Solutions Specialist, you will:- Accurately manage data entry and administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients via apps, email, and phone
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction
