- Develop compelling LinkedIn content for InvestBanq founders and executives, including thought leadership posts, industry insights,and personal brand narratives that align with corporate messaging and market positioning.
- Create long-form, engaging posts (500–1500words) that educate and inspire B2B audiences on AI in wealth management, FinTech trends, investment insights, and market analysis.
- Manage InvestBanq's official LinkedIn page, scheduling posts, engaging with comments, and optimizing content performance through analytics and algorithm understanding.
- Develop cohesive visual narratives for Instagram, including high-quality photography, carousel posts, Reels, and Storiesthat reflect InvestBanq's brand aesthetic andvalues.
- Create authentic content featuring InvestBanq founders, team members, and culture that humanizes the brand and builds community connection.
- Maintain consistent posting schedules,monitor engagement metrics, respond to DMsand comments, and adapt content based onperformance data and follower feedback.
- Oversee the complete video production process: scripting, shot planning, filming (on-location and in-studio), equipment management, editing, color grading, sound design, and post-production refinement.
- Develop and execute a content calendar for InvestBanq's YouTube channel, including educational series, founder interviews,market analysis videos, and product demos optimized for YouTube's algorithm and audience retention.
- Manage video titles, descriptions, tags,thumbnails, playlists, and audience targeting; analyze watch time and engagement metricsto continuously improve performance.
- Conceptualize and develop podcast episodes featuring InvestBanq insights, founder interviews, industry experts, and market trends relevant to wealth management and emerging markets.
- Manage full podcast production: guest outreach, interview scheduling, recording(audio/video), editing, mixing, and distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts,YouTube).
- Optimize podcast meta data, manage listener engagement, promote episodes across social channels, and build audience loyalty through consistent, high-quality releases.
- Create short-form, trend-forward TikTok content that educates and entertains younger audiences on finance, investing, and entrepreneurship while maintaining brand voice and authenticity.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms (YouTube, Instagram,TikTok, LinkedIn) and use this knowledge to optimize content timing, format, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
- Stay current with emerging trends, viral formats, music, and cultural moments across all platforms; adapt InvestBanq messaging toremain relevant and shareable.
- Develop and maintain a monthly/quarterly content calendar aligned with business goals,seasonal trends, product launches, and key company milestones.
- Post content across LinkedIn, Instagram,TikTok, and YouTube on optimal schedules; engage with comments, messages, and community interactions; build community relationships and respond to sentiment.
- Track and report on content performance across all platforms using native analytics tools and third-party platforms; identify top-performing content and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Maximize ROI by adapting single pieces of content across multiple formats and platforms(e.g., YouTube video → Instagram Reels →TikTok → LinkedIn carousel).
- Minimum 2–3+ years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, video production, or digital marketing, preferably within FinTech, WealthTech, SaaS, tech, or media sectors.
- Proven ability to write engaging, platform-native copyfor LinkedIn (professional), Instagram (visual + caption), and TikTok (conversational, trend-aware); demonstrated portfolio of published content across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on experience with the full video production workflow, including filming, editing, color grading, sound design, and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent); comfort withboth professional and run-and-gun shooting styles.
- Experience producing, editing, and managing podcasts or audio-first content; familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (Buzzsprout, Anchor,Transistor, etc.), distribution networks, and audience growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of how LinkedIn, Instagram,TikTok, and YouTube algorithms work; proven ability to optimize content for reach, engagement, and retention on each platform.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging trends, viral formats, and cultural moments; comfort with rapid iteration and experimentation.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Russian language proficiency is highly advantageous. Ability to create culturally nuanced content for diverse audiences across Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
- Strong self-motivation, ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to take ownership of content performance and improvement.

- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
