To provide support to company’s different departments in advising on various legal issues;
To support compliance team and run legal due diligence in relation to suppliers and business partners;
To draft legal documents such as PoA, contracts, policies, procedures and agreements etc.;
To provide support in handling state inspections, litigation;
To keep up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contribute to timely legal alerts on changes relevant to company activities;
To provide support to other members of the department in various projects and provide legal opinions;
Other corporate functions supportive duties.
Requirements:
Experience: at least 5 years of professional experience as an in-house lawyer in international oil and gas company or service company.
Education: Bachelor in Law or International Law/Commercial Law, LLM is preferrable.
Experience in litigation support and corporate governance.
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Stress tolerant, service-oriented attitude
At least upper-intermediate level of English.
