- Build and maintain in-depth expertise in the Company’s products and key therapeutic areas to act as a trusted partner for key accounts
- Develop and implement strategic Account Plans for priority healthcare institutions and centers of excellence, aligned with brand and business objectives
- Drive the achievement of sales and business objectives through a structured, insight-driven approach to account management
- Lead engagement with key healthcare stakeholders (physicians, KOLs, hospital management, pharmacy leaders) to build sustainable, long-term partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Patient Support teams to ensure integrated execution of account strategies
- Identify and address barriers along the patient journey and access pathways, initiating local projects to improve access to Takeda therapies
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and ethical standards, including timely safety reporting in line with internal procedures
- Leverage CRM systems and analytics to prioritize accounts, track performance, and optimize resource allocation
- Contribute to the planning and execution of high-impact scientific and educational activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor market dynamics (territory potential, disease epidemiology, competitive landscape) and translate insights into actionable account strategies
- Act as a key interface between Takeda and strategic customers, representing the Company as a long-term healthcare partner
