- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Coordinate office activities and events, such as meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs.
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Address any office-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with at least a year in a senior capacity.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- This position is based at our office in Almaty city, Kazakhstan
