- Advise the FRA team on store locations, space planning, and site selection, using data, market analysis, and foot traffic insights to support business decisions.
- Evaluate potential store sites, relocations, and closures, providing clear recommendations and reports to help management make informed choices.
- Manage the ordering of retail fixtures, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.
- Handle vendor communication, documents, and payments, making sure all fixtures needs are met across projects.
- Track project timelines, store opening schedules, and key milestones using Smartsheets tool.
- Identify potential delays or risks in project schedules and work with relevant teams to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, approvals, budgets, and invoices for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Prepare regular project updates, dashboards, and reports for management, highlighting progress and upcoming tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, FRA and FRA Partners to ensure smooth store openings/relocations/renovations.
- Continuously improve processes for project tracking, procurement, and store setup to make operations more efficient.
- Completed higher education
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced skills with analytical platforms like Power BI
- Negotiation skills would be a plus
- Upper - Intermediate level of English is a minimum
- Basic knowledge of procurement
