- Lead and manage a team of 5 professionals, ensuring effective collaboration, high performance, and achievement of departmental goals.
- Provide all necessary information upon request in a timely and accurate manner.
- Execution of all personnel documents and personnel procedures for the departments within the responsibility area in line with company policies and procedures;
- In all processes such as employment, termination, change of position, and personnel transactions are carried out in accordance with the Labor Law, relevant laws and regulations;
- Lead the audit processes and completing the deficiencies as a result of the audit reports, taking the necessary actions;
- Preparation of internal / external reports;
- Providing technical support for all system and process development operations and initiatives of digitalization in HR;
- Ensuring automation of HR systems. Improve self-service applications as much as possible. Make self-service applications effective, user friendly and sustainable.
- Collaborate effectively with the Group Office and maintain communication with government authorities on HR-related matters
- University Graduate (Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Labour right);
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs;
- Knowledge of 1C ZUP and SAP systems
