We build global connectivity solutions for travelers and businesses, operating across multiple markets and scaling fast.✨About the RoleAs Head of FP&A & Business Analytics, you will own the company’s financial planning, performance management and business analytics framework.You will act as the main analytical and financial partner to the CFO and CEO/COO, transforming unit economics and data into growth strategy, operational decisions and predictable financial outcomes.This role combines deep analytical expertise, hands-on data work and team leadership.📝Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Growth AnalyticsAnalyze end-to-end customer, revenue, and cost data to identify growth and monetization opportunities.Own unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback, retention, margins) across segments and markets.Generate data-driven hypotheses for product, pricing and growth improvements.Quantify and scale successful initiatives.Financial Planning & Performance ManagementOwn rolling forecast, budgeting and long-term planning.Build and maintain driver-based financial models.Lead plan/fact analysis and performance reviews.Develop base / upside / downside scenarios and manage cash runway.Business PartnershipAct as strategic finance and analytics partner for Product, Marketing, and Growth.Support pricing, channel strategy and product roadmap with financial insights.Evaluate ROI and incremental impact of initiatives.Data & Team LeadershipWork closely with Data Platform / BI to ensure data quality and consistency.Personally use SQL and analytical tools for deep dives and validation.Build, lead and develop FP&A team.Management & ReportingPrepare performance packs for management and board.Support investor reporting together with Corporate Finance.📩Candidate Requirements5+ years in FP&A, business analytics, strategic finance, or consulting in digital businesses.Strong expertise in unit economics and driver-based modeling.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and strong SQL.Experience with cohorts, funnels and segmentation.Proven people management experience.Ability to translate data into clear business decisions.High ownership and execution mindset.🌍LanguagesRussian — C2English — C1–C2 (spoken and written)⭐️Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a finance and analytics leader who:Thinks in drivers and unit economics.Is hands-on with data and models.Drives business decisions, not just reports.Can challenge assumptions and build scalable systems.⭐️ What We OfferA key leadership role with direct impact on business strategy and growthClose partnership with CEO, CFO, and C-level teamOpportunity to build and scale FP&A and business analytics function from scratchHigh level of ownership, autonomy, and influence on decisionsWork with a global, product-driven company operating across multiple marketsRemote-first format with flexible working hoursCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and impactA strong, professional team focused on results and continuous improvementIf you want to grow together with an international product and build a scalable FP&A function, we’d love to receive your resume.Swiss-based company.
