- Plan and implement consumer engagement activities in retail tobacco outlets within your territory, effectively allocating internal, partner, and agency resources in line with commercial objectives.
- Analyze consumer behavior at the point of sale (BPWATTS/BOWATTA) and adjust activities based on insights, competitor actions, and performance.
- Ensure monthly achievement of regional KPIs and optimize execution through timely reporting and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with retail networks, distributors, and agencies, ensuring compliance with PMI standards and local regulations.
- Lead and support a field team: hire, onboard, coach, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure high performance and development.
- Monitor and support agency staff (hostesses) delivering product information to legal-age consumers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, planning, and reduced-risk product teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Manage budgets, monitor agency contracts, validate service quality, and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Promote PMI’s corporate image through responsible marketing practices and full compliance with the Marketing Code and national legislation.
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards in all field operations.
- Experience in sales, trade marketing, or consumer activation, ideally in FMCG or a related industry
- Strong planning, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proven experience managing teams and external partners
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
