Key Responsibilities:Monitor project performance, cost, and risk; ensure timely and accurate reporting.Conduct economic analysis to support strategic decision-making (NPV, ROR, ROCE).Lead cross-functional teams to optimize investment strategies and implement best practices.Analyze contract changes, claims, and variations in collaboration with SCM and scope owners.Ensure compliance with project controls, risk, and corporate financial policies.Support project teams with cost engineering issues and financial audits.Drive advanced cost, schedule, and risk modeling for accurate forecasting.Manage change control processes, CAPEX prioritization, and project funding.Promote continuous improvement and high efficiency in project execution.Requirements:Higher degree in engineering or technical field.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project controls, cost engineering, or financial management.Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Intermediate).Strong analytical, financial, and risk management skills.Bolashak is a market leader in the provision of Technical & Engineering solutions to Kazakhstan’s Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and other industries.
