- Analyze requests for change, including migration to a new solution, implementation of a new application, or enhancement of existing tools and platforms;
- Assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities across business operations, delivery workflows, and support functions;
- Analyze target solutions and alternatives, including process fit, customization needs, integration impacts, reporting capabilities, licensing considerations, and migration implications;
- Gather, structure, and refine business, functional, and process requirements.
- Prepare comparative analysis, hypotheses, business cases, and recommendations for pilot or proof-of-concept activities;
- Review existing integrations, identify migration or redesign impacts, and support definition of future-state integration needs;
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, support teams, and vendors to clarify requirements and validate solution fit;
- Support approval and governance processes by preparing decision-making materials, risks, assumptions, and implementation options;
- Summarize pilot and assessment results and recommend next steps: scale, adjust scope, continue evaluation, or reject the option.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, solution analysis, or process improvement;
- Hands-on experience in analyzing solutions and enhancements, including understanding how proposed changes impact business processes, support operations, and user experience;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, challenge, and structure business requirements;
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, testing, release flow, and change implementation practices;
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, workflow analysis, and solution evaluation;
- Experience in analyzing integrations with other systems, including understanding dependencies, data flows, and operational impacts of migration or reconfiguration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with BPMN or other process modeling notations;
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management principles;
- Experience participating in tool migration, platform transition, or change adoption initiatives;
- Familiarity with vendor management and pilot governance;
- Understanding of integrations, permissions model, dashboards, and operational reporting.
