Key Responsibilities:Supervise assigned branches and oversee financial operations across the CIS regionPerform monthly financial closing (trial balance, financial package preparation)Prepare and review financial reports and packagesSupport external and internal auditsCoordinate tax-related matters and ensure complianceMonitor customer/vendor approvals and account balancesManage cash flow, bank balances, and funding requirementsOversee intercompany settlementsConduct budget variance analysis (monthly, quarterly, annual)Review fixed assets reconciliation and post depreciationEnsure compliance with internal financial policies and proceduresCalculate impairment of receivables in accordance with IFRS 9Review WIP (Work-in-Progress) reportsApprove payroll, bonuses, and accruals (salary, rent, etc.)Ensure timely invoicing and proper closing of financial periodsPerform IFRS adjustments (leases, deferred tax, etc.)Liaise with banks (account management, negotiations)Supervise vendor approvals and maintain vendor databaseReview regional financial reportsEnsure accurate data entry in accounting systems (e.g., Sage)Oversee stock management and reconciliationSupport internal audits from finance sideApprove salaries and payments for assigned regionsSupervise annual budgeting processHandle insurance-related accounting entriesPerform additional tasks assigned by managementRequirements:Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a regional or multi-entity structureStrong knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS 9)Experience with financial reporting, audits, and budgetingExperience managing teams (including remote teams across CIS)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP systems (Sage or similar)Fluent in Russian and EnglishConditions:Competitive salary (discussed individually)International work environmentCareer growth opportunitiesProfessional development within a stable company
