We fulfill this mission by hiring “Achievers with Heart”.Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager performs marketing responsibilities for the assigned region and maximize marketing efforts in concert with Corporate Marketing. Will need to articulate where he/she has been successful in refining a marketing campaign until it has proven successful. Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on FranklinCovey offerings including tools, work sessions and training components for our solutions.Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral for direct mail and email campaigns, online and social media;
  • Execute a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, marketing trade shows and events, and other marketing initiatives;
  • Direct marketing into large association conferences by direct calling and emailing for the purpose of scheduling keynote presentations;
  • Maintain online site and marketing media advertisement;
  • Execute and analyze results of advertisement and marketing campaigns to implement best marketing practices across the sales team;
Must-have Competencies
  • Higher education degree.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop and deliver professional, persuasive presentations to mid-level and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated personal effectiveness, including a consistent record of achievement, high levels of organization, initiative, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and professional integrity.
Nice-to-have Competencies:
  • Knowledge of Stephen Covey’s leadership principles (particularly The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People).
  • Event marketing: organizing offline and online events, coordinating with vendors and partners.
  • Managing and updating corporate websites (content, updates, visual materials).
  • Experience coordinating work with external vendors and agencies.
  • Experience with SEO and paid search (PPC) advertising is preferred.
