Our pace is fast, our ambition is global, and our culture is built on direct contribution, speed, and doing the hard things that matter.About the RoleWe're looking for a Product Manager who's obsessed with speed, customer impact, and shipping real value-fast. You'll be responsible for shaping, building, and launching AI-native product features, and working closely with engineers and designers to push ideas from 0 to 1. You must be a fast learner, a fast executor, and someone who thrives in ambiguity.You'll work directly with the founders and play a key role in how AI is adopted across Boxo's product experience-from feature creation to developer tooling.What You'll Do
  • Own the product lifecycle from idea to launch, with a bias toward shipping fast and iterating quickly.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across the product development workflow-ideally not just as a user but as someone who gets how they work.
  • Work closely with engineers to scope features, simplify complexity, and remove blockers.
  • Stay close to customers and partners to understand needs and validate new ideas.
  • Define clear metrics for success and move quickly when things don't work.
  • Contribute directly to product strategy, positioning, and roadmap decisions.
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager in a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • A fast learner with extreme ownership-you don't wait for direction, you seek clarity and execute.
  • Proven experience adopting or integrating AI tools in your product workflows (Cursor, Lovable, Figma AI etc).
  • Strong instincts for product design, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Excellent written communication-you can turn complexity into clarity.
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: background in engineering, no-code, or hands-on app building.
