We’re looking for a Technical Writer who will become the keeper and systematizer of product knowledge. Your mission is to create the missing primary documentation, maintain it up to date, describe product business logic, and capture all functional changes.📝 ResponsibilitiesCreate initial product documentation: describe business logic, functionality, modules, and interconnectionsRecord product changes and improvements, maintain the ChangeLogKeep documentation current as new features are releasedBuild and maintain an internal glossary for team communication (not end-users)Work with Confluence, Postman, Swagger (or similar) — organize and systematize documentationCollaborate with product and engineering teams to gather information and document implemented featuresAct as the documentation owner: monitor contributions, validate updates, and maintain a single source of truth📩 Requirements2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer / Analyst / System DocumenterUnderstanding of web/mobile applications and APIsAbility to describe business logic and complex processes clearly and structurallyProficiency in Confluence, Postman, Swagger (or similar tools)Experience maintaining ChangeLogs and structuring updatesEnglish — strong reading and writing skills for technical documentationExperience in product companies (SaaS, fintech, telecom, etc.)Knowledge of SQL, basic understanding of architecture and client-server interactionsPrevious experience working closely with product and dev teams🌍 Languages
