- Overseeing daily operations across all gyms: service quality, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and front-desk operations.
- Leading and coordinating all service managers: training, performance oversight, and process standardization.
- Ensuring stable, consistent operations at each location — from client experience to facility management.
- Managing client feedback and driving service improvements
- Auditing operational quality
- Supporting hiring and onboarding of service managers
- Delivering operational training and implementation
- Supporting the launch of new gyms: opening processes, staff ramp-up, local adaptation of standards
- Building operational infrastructure: SOPs, checklists, reporting cycles, audit tools
- Has operational leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or HoReCa
- Has managed multiple physical locations at once
- Can build and scale systems from the ground up
- Cares deeply about customer experience and knows how to improve it
- Knows how to train and develop teams — from entry-level staff to franchise partners
