- Manage daily administrative and comprehensive affairs of the office.
- Handle fixed asset management (ensure account accuracy, improve asset utilization).
- Procure office supplies and departmental materials.
- Oversee employee dormitory management (maintain a good living environment).
- Assist in external reception (arrange meeting rooms, prepare tea, coordinate visitor parking).
- Organize company security work (inspect safety conditions/equipment, solve safety issues).
- Coordinate office cleaning and supervise public hygiene.
- Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in admin/logistics/fixed asset management.
- Proficient in local language (Kazakh/Russian), English as a working language (Chinese is a plus).
- Strong adaptability, planning ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, high execution ability, strong sense of responsibility.
- Cheerful personality, good at teamwork and communication.
