- Oversee excavation, installation, and repair of utilities, ensuring strict safety compliance
- Coordinate contractors’ work, bids, and equipment readiness
- Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and contractor safety programs
- Manage maintenance scheduling, root cause analysis, and CMMS data entry
- Support construction, commissioning, and facility design teams
- Assist in budgeting and cost management for maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with TCO, RoK safety standards, and OE Tenets of Operation
✔ Technical degree with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
✔ Proficient in Kazakh, Russian, and English (TCO level 3+)
